Job Summary
The Junior Media Buyer, Site Direct \& Programmatic is an entry\-level role designed for someone eager to grow their career in digital media. This position supports the execution and management of media campaigns across both site direct and programmatic channels, gaining hands\-on experience across display, video, audio, and emerging formats.
This role is best suited for someone who is curious, detail\-oriented, and motivated to learn. You’ll work closely with Managers and Buyers to build campaigns, monitor performance, and contribute to reporting and optimization efforts. Over time, you’ll develop a strong foundation in digital media buying, vendor management, and campaign strategy. This is an exempt position.
Responsibilities
Campaign Execution, Reporting \& Billing
- Build and ensure on\-time launch for site direct and programmatic campaigns across various platforms and tools
- Monitor campaign delivery and flag any issues related to pacing, performance, or setup
- Make campaign revisions in\-platform, maintaining organized records of campaign details, updates, and changes
- Optimize campaigns in\-platform and/or work with vendors to obtain and implement optimization recommendations
- Assist in pulling and organizing campaign performance data from DSPs, ad servers, and vendor reports
- Support the development of reports by identifying trends and contributing to performance insights
- Review and reconcile invoices to ensure accuracy and alignment with campaign insertion orders and delivery
- Investigate and troubleshoot invoice discrepancies with vendors
- Support communication with media vendors and platform partners, including gathering avails, rates, and other campaign information
- Participate in vendor calls and meetings, taking notes and sharing key takeaways with the team. Assist in vendor meeting set up.
- Maintain vendor contact and collateral documentation for internal records
- Build and apply foundational knowledge of site direct and programmatic media buying, platforms, and best practices
- Exhibit knowledge growth across key digital media concepts including targeting, bidding, measurement, and optimization
- Seek feedback, ask questions, and actively contribute to team discussions
- Exhibit timely and organized communication skills, developing a rapport with internal and extern parties
- Stay curious about new media trends, platforms, and technologies, being a handraiser for learning new industry developments
- Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising or related field. Relevant internship/early experience in media, advertising, marketing, or a related field a plus.

This position is open to remote candidates but Dallas\-Fort Worth–based employees are preferred. Local employees will have the option of a hybrid or in\-office working environment.
* Local and remote employees will be expected to travel for internal or client meetings up to 10% of the time.
