Anchor Hospitality Co. is a rapidly growing hospitality management company focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences and operational excellence across a portfolio of vacation homes. We manage 30\+ vacation rentals in the Spokane area and are looking for operations and admin support while we continue to grow and scale the business.

About the Role
This is an entry\-level, hands\-on position designed for someone who wants to learn how a growing business operates from the inside.
You will work directly with the CEO (Miranda) and support day\-to\-day operations, logistics, and administrative tasks that keep the business and team running smoothly.
This role is ideal for a motivated young adult or student who:
- Takes pride in doing small things exceptionally well
- Wants real\-world business exposure
- Is reliable, proactive, and coachable
- Run local errands as needed (post office, supply pickups/deliveries)
- Assist with organizing inventory and supplies
- Staff the office as scheduled for deliveries, or guest lost \& found
- Prepare and deliver guest or owner items when needed
- Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing documents
- Managing and distributing guest\-related materials to properties
- Help manage checklists and task tracking (Asana or similar systems)
- Support light data entry and follow\-ups
- Shadow CEO during select tasks, meetings, or property visits
- Good note\-taking skills to not miss pertinent details
- Help prep materials, organize schedules, and execute small projects
- Act as an extra set of hands to keep operations moving efficiently
- Assist with property setup tasks when needed (light staging, restocking)
- Help prepare welcome items or specialty guest touches
- Fast\-paced and hands\-on learning from a seasoned, Veteran\-owned, Woman\-owned local business, not a corporation or franchise
- A mix of errands, admin work, and real\-world business exposure
