Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and detail\-oriented Bilingual Human Resources / Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and HR functions. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual—we are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct employee training (individual and group; in\-person and remote)
- Track and maintain training records and certifications
- Assist with compliance for a multi\-state operation
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain records
- Provide general administrative support (filing, scanning, document prep)
- Answer and manage incoming calls and messages
- Assist with meeting notes and documentation
- Coordinate and support company events
- Monitor and order office supplies
- Bilingual Spanish/English (Required)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Data entry experience with high accuracy
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to handle confidential information
- Administrative or HR experience preferred
- Valid Driver’s License
- Reliable transportation / ability to commute to Wappingers Falls, NY
- Willing to relocate prior to start (if applicable)
