CARF is seeking a detail‑oriented, proactive individual who can start as soon as possible and thrive in a dynamic environment. The following duties and responsibilities represent the essential functions of this job that an individual must be able to perform with or without a reasonable accommodation:Organizational education
Assist in activities related to:
- Organizational education events, exhibits, and amenities, including, but not limited to general telephone, email, and facsimile correspondence, training materials production and shipment, bookstore order fulfillment, electronic and paper files maintenance, and supply inventory management.
- Assist in activities related to maintaining CARF’s event registration system (CVent), including, but not limited to adding/opting out contacts, assigning contacts to groups, maintaining electronic/paper registrations, and communicating accessibility needs to the appropriate staff.
- Surveyor training and annual continuing education (CE) conferences, including, but not limited to general telephone and email correspondence, training materials production, electronic and paper files maintenance, and supply inventory management.
- AIMS training record maintenance, including, but not limited to data entry for CE points earned through completion of LMS modules and/or attendance at CARF sponsored events.
- EditU administration for surveyors, including, but not limited to creation and deactivation of users.
- High school diploma or equivalent plus two (2\) years administrative support experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States. Does not now or in the future require sponsorship for employment visa status, including but not limited to H\-1B visa status.
