Overview

Are you highly organized, detail\-oriented, and thrive in a fast\-paced environment? We’re looking for a motivated Executive Assistant to support a top\-producing real estate team. This role offers the flexibility of part\-time or full\-timehours depending on the right candidate’s availability and skill set.

Real estate experience is a plus but not required—we’re happy to train the right person with strong administrative skills and a can\-do attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, emails, and client communications on behalf of the team lead
  • Prepare listing materials, contracts, and other real estate documents
  • Coordinate appointments, showings, and team schedules
  • Maintain CRM and ensure all transaction timelines are tracked and met
  • Assist with marketing efforts, social media, and client follow\-up
  • Handle general administrative tasks to keep the office running smoothly
  • Requirements

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High attention to detail and follow\-through
  • Tech\-savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly (experience with CRM or real estate platforms is a bonus)
  • Professional, reliable, and trustworthy
  • Self\-starter with the ability to work independently and anticipate needs
  • Preferred but Not Required:

  • Experience in the real estate industry or supporting a real estate agent/team
  • Familiarity with MLS, Dotloop, Canva, Google Workspace, or similar tools
