GENERAL SUMMARY:
The Manager, PMO will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the delivery of projects and programs across the organization. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent project management skills to ensure successful project execution and alignment with organizational objectives.
DUTIES \& RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and manage the Program Management Office (PMO) team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects and programs.
- Develop and implement PMO policies, standards, and methodologies to standardize project management practices and ensure consistency across the organization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities.
- Establish and maintain project management frameworks, tools, and templates to facilitate effective project planning, execution, and monitoring.
- Monitor and report on project progress, milestones, and performance metrics, identifying risks and issues and implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
- Provide leadership and guidance in project prioritization, resource allocation, and budget management to optimize project outcomes and maximize ROI.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the PMO, driving innovation, efficiency, and excellence in project delivery processes and practices.
- Act as a liaison between the PMO and other departments or stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Develop and deliver training programs and workshops to build project management capabilities and enhance project team effectiveness.
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned.

- Troubleshooting in the Windows environment is essential.
- Experience in Microsoft Office projects including MS Project Plan is essential.
- Previous implementation and/or project management experience with the Healthcare industry is required.
- 3\-4 years of Project Management Experience
- College degree required.
- PMI or Sixth Sigma coursework preferred.
