Overview:
Responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to internal clients, ensuring effective communication of messages, and managing data related to training and certification. Key duties include maintaining and updating training records in the Learning Management System (LMS). The Admin will build collaborative relationships with various stakeholders and, assist with the transfer of training records for employees. This role requires a proactive approach to managing documentation, and responding to requests, with additional tasks assigned as needed.

- Provide excellent customer service to internal clients
- Communicate messages to the appropriate parties in a timely manner
- Enter data on training and certification rosters and records into the LMS or other systems as required; scan training and certification documentation and log into systems as needed
- Build trust and work collaboratively with partners at multiple levels of the organization, including staff, craft, stakeholders, and management
- Enter external vendor (example: OSHA) training records, scan and distribute cards
- Assist with updating and transferring training records for employees who transfer into the company or within organizations in the segment as needed
- Other duties as assigned
- Experience in office support or administrative and/or experience with a learning management system preferred.
- Take reasonable care of your own and others’ health and safety and of those who may be affected by the day\-to\-day delivery of this role by taking personal responsibility for working toward the company’s Zero Injury principles
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to successfully communicate to multiple levels of technical understanding
- Advanced computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Type and write reports with accuracy and appropriate grammar
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi\-task
- Effectively present information and respond to questions from employees
- When visiting jobsites, the work environment involves some exposure to hazards or physical risks, which require following basic safety precautions
- This work environment may involve moderate exposure to unusual elements, such as extreme temperatures, dirt, dust, fumes, smoke, unpleasant odors and/or loud noises
- Compensation $18\.93\-$28\.45/ hr., commensurate with experience
