- Colorado Works programs. The successful candidate will work in both an independent and team\-oriented atmosphere while utilizing strong behavioral and public speaking skills to ensure the ethical and efficient onboarding of new team members, training public assistance programs including Medicaid and SNAP, Adult Financial, Colorado Works, and The Adams Way business processes. This role requires keen attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders to uphold Economic Mobility’s Professional Standards. This series of positions will assist in the development of all Community Support Services team members, which includes developing training, providing direction to team members, classroom management, and performing reviews of cases processed during training delivery. The candidate is expected to become and remain highly proficient with all current and future program policy requirements, *The Adams Way
- business processes, the use of Microsoft Office Suite 365 applications, as well as Smartsheet.

- Maintain extensive and up\-to\-date knowledge of all program areas, rules, and processes to successfully, coach, and support by fielding questions regarding topics such as case eligibility processing, eligibility interviewing, program rule, claims, and The Adams Way business processes, from all Community Support team members, including those in Program Integrity and Professional Standards.
- Develop, deliver, and maintain training curriculum content to supplement state\-developed training for the following programs and systems:
- Obtain and maintain certification necessary to deliver state certified training.
- Provide one\-on\-one, classroom, and over the shoulder support to all team members.
- Coordinate, as necessary, with other offices and staff on training content and methods.
- Coordinate, as necessary, with Supervisors and IT\-Help Desk for successful onboarding of new team members.
- Co\-create and co\-lead team facilitations.
- Collaborate with State partners to obtain approval on educational material.
- Complete training reviews of cases processed in both the training environment and in the production Colorado Benefits Management System to help team members understand expectations of data entry and guide them through the eligibility process when necessary.
- Make recommendations regarding individual training needs and training plans.
- Maintain and regularly update training plans with appropriate input from others.
- Develop tools to assess the effectiveness of training provided and modify future training accordingly.
- Maintain the team’s SharePoint page with training material.
- Become an expert user of the State of Colorado’s and Adams County’s learning management system to successfully create class sessions, troubleshoot access issues, and grade assessments.
- Participate in training sessions and meetings that will enhance training and leadership capabilities.
- Provide effective educational opportunities, that meet the specific needs and goals of adult learners.

Qualifications for Success

- Can execute the use Servant Leadership to prioritize the trainees’ needs, build trust, foster a positive culture that empowers the cohort participants to be vulnerable in a learning situation.
- Ability and commitment to develop and deliver curriculum to meet key learning objectives and to strategically create connection points to the County’s goals and initiatives.

- Completion of key courses offered at Adams County.
- Experience preferred in researching and analyzing complex issues for purposes of developing curriculum, facilitations, project plans and processes.
- Ability to work effectively and positively with individuals of diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds and educationally diverse populations.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to effectively handle multiple concurrent assignments and activities and self\-direct project completion.
- Takes responsibility for own work performance and balancing critical job requirements. Such as:

- Two years’ increasingly responsible experience as an in\-person Corporate Trainer or Educator.
- Experience working in an anti\-poverty programs/eligibility environment is preferred.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Training and education in coaching and public speaking are preferred.
- Two years working in an anti\-poverty programs eligibility environment after completing the State of Colorado’s Building Foundations Curriculum or equivalent thereof.
- At least two (2\) years’ experience as a State Certified Trainer and certified for at least three anti\-poverty programs.
- Process six (6\) Colorado Works, Long\-Term Care, or Adult Financial Cases (at least three (3\) Redeterminations and three (3\) Applications) scoring a PASS with a minimum accuracy score of 94\[SD1]%.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Training and education in coaching and public speaking are preferred.
- Has completed two of the following through the Adams County LEAD Program: Conscious Communication, Our Community Listens, Partnering for Success, Microaggressions 101, Microaggressions 201, Unconscious Bias.
- Three (3\) years’ experience as a State Certified Trainer and certified for at all five anti\-poverty programs.
- Process six (6\) Colorado Works, Long\-Term Care, or Adult Financial Cases (at least three (3\) Redeterminations and three (3\) Applications) scoring a PASS with a minimum accuracy score of 94%.
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Training and education in coaching and public speaking are preferred.
- Has completed four (4\) of the following through the Adams County LEAD Program: Conscious Communication, Our Community Listens, Partnering for Success, Microaggressions 101, Microaggressions 201, Unconscious Bias.
