The Payroll Clerk maintains the integrity of the payroll system and process at Clearwater Living.

- Maintains payroll systems data for each pay period and master team member record including all pay and deduction parameters and codes.
- Assists in processing the bi\-weekly company payroll in a timely and accurate manner
- Insures proper use of payroll procedures and processes
- Prepares special correspondence, spreadsheets, graphs, charts and other documents required for presentation of payroll data.
- Creates and maintains various reports.
- Provides assistance and guidance to team members on all payroll related topics, policies, and procedures.
- May also perform other Human Resource Generalist duties such as Recruiting, Payroll, HRIS, Compensation, Benefits, Workers’ Compensation, Safety, and Compliance.
- Knowledge and proficient in ADP Workforce Now payroll and timekeeping system.
- Experience in Senior Living a plus
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
- Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree preferred
- Payroll Certification (CPP or FPC) a plus.
- 7\+ years in payroll process experience.
- Experience with a heavily part\-time, non\-exempt population of 1000\+ team members multi\-site/multi\-state organization is a must.
Pay Range: $30\-33/hour DOE Location: Remote in CA
