We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Virtual Assistant specialized in sales to support all operations of our cleaning company in the USA.
We need someone confident on video calls, capable of closing sales, managing schedules, and offering excellent client support.
Main Responsibilities
Sales \& Customer Support
Conduct sales via video calls (primary), phone calls, and messages.
Lead clients from first contact to successful closing.
Perform strong follow\-up strategies.
Assist customers with professionalism and care.
Admin \& Organization
Manage calendars, client records, digital files.
Update spreadsheets, documents, and reports.
Keep processes efficient and organized.
Team Coordination
Coordinate technicians’ schedules and routes.
Ensure jobs are completed on time.
Follow up with clients after service.
Social Media \& Digital Support
Make simple posts and reply to messages.
Monitor and respond to reviews.
Assist with basic digital marketing tasks.
Finance \& Data Entry
Track payments, invoices, receipts, and expenses.
Keep financial records accurate and up\-to\-date.
Qualifications
Fluent in English.
Proven experience in sales (video call experience preferred).
Virtual Assistant experience required.
Skilled in Google Workspace, MS Office, Canva, Notion, and AI tools.
Highly organized, detail\-oriented, proactive.
Quiet workspace \+ stable internet.
Available Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM EST.
Compensation
Base salary \+ commissions for each sale closed
Additional incentives based on performance.
