#### Role: Warehouse Operations Assistant
Position Overview: The Warehouse Operations Assistant supports the Install Manager in daily operational tasks while helping maintain organization and efficiency within the warehouse. This role is responsible for assisting with inventory management, warehouse organization, equipment preparation, and coordinating service\-related activities. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in both an office and warehouse environment. Candidate must have a valid OR driver’s license and be able to pass an extensive driver’s check. Candidate must be able to pass a physical exam for ODOT as well.
#### Key Responsibilities:
#### Warehouse Support
- Maintain organization and cleanliness of the warehouse.
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming materials and equipment.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials for crews as needed.
- Prepare materials, tools, and equipment for upcoming installations and service calls.
- Occasionally assist with onthejob support and/or deliveries when needed.
- Help track down parts and warranty materials.
- Assist with fleet coordination, including vehicle maintenance scheduling, inspections, repairs, and recordkeeping.
- Support warehouse inventory and purchasing coordination for tools, supplies, and equipment.
- Assist with shipping and logistics, including scheduling shipments and coordinating with carriers.
- Provide direct administrative and operational support to the Install Manager.
- Assist with scheduling service work, coordinating job logistics, and preparing documentation for projects.
- Update and coordinate servicerelated tickets, involving remote troubleshooting.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Experience in solar, electrical, construction, or warehouse operations.
- Familiarity with inventory tracking or job management systems.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, and job tracking systems).
- Comfortable working in both office, field and warehouse environments.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move equipment as needed.
- Valid driver’s license required.
- Combination of office, warehouse, and residential and commercial job sites.
