Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day\-to\-day accounting work including vouchers, bills, and entries in accounting software (FoxPro).
- Maintain and update company financial records and ledgers accurately.
- Prepare sales, purchase, and expense reports regularly.
- Manage GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance records.
- Assist in preparing monthly and yearly financial statements.
- Reconcile bank statements and maintain petty cash records.
- Coordinate with the front office, vendors, and other departments for documentation.
- Support back\-office activities such as data entry, filing, and record maintenance.
- Generate invoices, credit/debit notes, and other financial documents in FoxPro.
- Provide support to the finance manager and audit team when required.
- Knowledge of FoxPro software and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Strong analytical and numerical ability.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- B.Com / M.Com / or equivalent in Accounts or Finance.
- 1–3 years of experience in accounting or back\-office operations.
