Job Summary:
The production administrative assistant will provide essential administrative and operational support to the production department. This role is ideal for a highly organized office assistant, receptionist, or office clerk with experience in a manufacturing environment. The administrative assistant will handle documentation, reporting, and coordination tasks while supporting daily administrative functions.
This office assistant role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth operations by maintaining accurate records, supporting leadership, and performing administrative duties similar to a receptionist and office clerk within a fast\-paced production setting.
Responsibilities:
- Print and prepare production drawings and labels as an administrative assistant, supporting administrative workflows typically handled by an office assistant, receptionist, or office clerk.
- Accurately receive and record materials in the system as an administrative assistant, performing administrative data entry tasks aligned with an office assistant, receptionist, and office clerk role.
- Maintain detailed documentation as an administrative assistant, ensuring all administrative records meet standards expected from an office assistant, receptionist, and office clerk.
- Coordinate with production teams as an administrative assistant, supporting administrative communication similar to an office assistant, receptionist, and office clerk.
- Report discrepancies as an administrative assistant, handling administrative follow\-ups like an office assistant, receptionist, or office clerk.
- Provide direct administrative support to plant leadership as an administrative assistant, functioning as an office assistant, receptionist, and office clerk across multiple operational needs.
- Assist with reports, schedules, and documentation as an administrative assistant, ensuring all administrative tasks align with expectations for an office assistant, receptionist, and office clerk.
- Maintain accurate records and logs as an administrative assistant, supporting administrative systems like an office assistant, receptionist, and office clerk.
- Ensure updated documents are available as an administrative assistant, performing administrative control similar to an office assistant, receptionist, and office clerk.

- 1–3 years of experience as an administrative assistant, office assistant, receptionist, or office clerk performing administrative tasks in a manufacturing or similar environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required for an administrative assistant, office assistant, receptionist, or office clerk role.
- Experience with ERP systems preferred for an administrative assistant performing administrative duties similar to an office assistant, receptionist, or office clerk.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required for an administrative assistant, office assistant, receptionist, or office clerk handling administrative tasks.
- Strong communication skills needed for an administrative assistant, office assistant, receptionist, or office clerk performing daily administrative coordination.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities required for an administrative assistant, office assistant, receptionist, or office clerk in a fast\-paced administrative environment.
- Strong attention to detail essential for an administrative assistant, office assistant, receptionist, or office clerk managing administrative documentation.

- Ability to work full\-time onsite at the McGregor, TX facility, with a proactive mindset focused on efficiency and problem\-solving in a multinational setting.
- Ability to read, write, and understand basic English/Spanish to interpret/follow safety guidelines and work instructions.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, and climb for extended periods.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull objects weighing up to \[e.g., 50 pounds] regularly.
- Ability to work in various environmental conditions common to a manufacturing facility (e.g., varying temperatures, noise levels, potential for dust/debris, wet floors).
- Manual dexterity and hand\-eye coordination for operating equipment and handling supplies.
- Must be able to work in varying warehouse and yard temperatures (hot/cold conditions).
- Full Time: 8:00 am – 5:00 pm CST, Monday\-Friday, with flexibility to support production needs.
