- Customer Service: Provide prompt, friendly, and professional assistance to clients via email, phone, addressing their travel\-related inquiries, concerns, and requests
- Travel Planning: Collaborate with clients to understand their travel preferences, budget, and requirements, and work with agents to help plan and book suitable destinations, accommodations, flights, and activities
- Create and modify travel itineraries based on client feedback
- Booking Management: Handle travel bookings, including, hotels, tours, and other travel\-related services
- Ensure accuracy in booking details, confirmations, and payment processing
- Research and Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest travel trends, destinations, airline policies, and other industry\-related information
- Online Platform Management: Utilize our online travel agency platforms and tools to access travel information, make bookings, and manage client profiles.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely updates
- Problem Solving: Effectively resolve any issues or complaints raised by clients, demonstrating empathy and professionalism
- Coordinate with relevant parties to find appropriate solutions
- Administrative Support: Assist in maintaining records, invoices, and reports related to client bookings and transactions
- Support administrative tasks as needed
- Collaboration: Work closely with the travel agency team, including travel agents, marketing personnel, and other virtual assistants, to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction
- Marketing: Manage agency’s social media platforms, including Facebook, twitter, Instagram, etc,
- Create social media marketing campaigns and make related posters, flyers, etc
- Develop and implement email marketing campaigns, including newsletters and targeted email campaigns
- International travel experience
- Travel planning experience
- Work in an office setting
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills, with the ability to empathize, understand clients' needs, and provide personalized solutions
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while working under deadlines
- Problem\-solving skills and the ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations
- Excellent administrative skills, such as data entry, record keeping, and report generation
- Familiar with Microsoft Office package
- Excellent skills in graphic designing, making posters, flyers, leaflets, etc.
