West Seattle Wonder Dogs is a locally owned dog training business. We provide private and group training classes as well as group socialization for puppies, teens and adult dogs.

We’re looking for an Administrative \& Client Experience Coordinator to help keep the business running smoothly while supporting our clients, community, and daily operations.

This role is ideal for someone who is creative, independent, detail oriented, enjoys working with people, and takes pride in making processes efficient and effective.

This position includes a mix of remote work and occasional in\-person tasks in West Seattle.

Responsibilities include:

  • Onboarding new clients and supporting the retention of current clients
  • Responding to client emails and voice messages
  • General administrative support
  • Following up with potential leads
  • Posting and engaging on social media
  • Formatting and scheduling newsletters
  • Tracking and celebrating dog birthdays, pet related holidays, etc.
  • Data entry and creating reports
  • Communicating with neighboring small businesses to collaborate on events
  • Training will be provided as needed.

    Bonus Skills (Not Required)

  • Creating Canva templates
  • Editing or creating social media reels
  • Event planning (dog birthday parties, community events, partnerships)
  • Basic payroll or bookkeeping support
  • Capturing photo/video content of dogs and classes in person
  • We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Highly organized and detail oriented
  • A proactive problem solver
  • Comfortable communicating with clients
  • Able to keep track of multiple moving pieces
  • Friendly, kind, and patient with people and dogs
  • Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively
  • Interested in helping improve processes and systems over time

    Pay: $23\.00 \- $25\.00 per hour
