You tell us your availability, where specifically you want to work, and what types of cleanings you will accept. We send you cleaning job offers regularly based on what you ask for. Full time or part time okay.
We take care of advertising, phone estimates, customer service, scheduling and billing for the clients. You take care of only the cleaning and get 40\-65% of each job, which equals $20 \- $40 per cleaning hour. You're able to keep your already established clientele. We're just here to help you gain more business!

What You’ll Do
- Primarily perform short\-term rental properties (Airbnb/VRBO) between guest stays
- Perform residential home cleanings (standard recurring, deep cleans, move\-in/move\-out)
- Communicate professionally with management and the Swiff \& Span team
- Maintain quality standards on every job (before/after photos will be required)
- Earn 40–65% of each job — that’s $25–$40\+ per hour for most cleans
- Flexible scheduling — you tell us your availability, we work around it
- Full\-time or part\-time — accept only the jobs that fit your schedule
- We handle all advertising, client communication, scheduling, and invoicing
- Build a steady, recurring client base — many clients book every 1–2 weeks
- Keep your existing private clients — we only ask you not to poach ours
- Direct deposit payment after each completed job

- Deep clean or move\-in/move\-out experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
- Clean Airbnb/STR homes and ensure tasks outlined in cleaning checklists are completed to the highest standards
- Work with minimal supervision
- Assess a client’s home, prioritize tasks, and use good judgment to customize appointment per client’s wishes
- Establish positive relationships with team and clients by earning their trust and respect
- Deliver the highest quality of customer service possible
- Report to work on time each day and work extra hours when needed
- Comply with proper safety policies and procedures (i.e. when using cleaning supplies, reporting incidents, etc)
- Ensure all equipment and supplies are transported from each appointment (not left behind)
- Keep an accurate log of appointment details
- Report any complaints, issues, and problems to management as soon as possible after incident

Position Summary
In this role, you will establish relationships with our management team and clients, clean rental homes, and perform standard administrative duties when required.
Successful candidates will be detail oriented and dedicated to excellence in cleaning and customer service.
