Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, dynamic and organized Front Desk Receptionist and Administrative Assistant to be the welcoming face and efficient support system of our office. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, provide exceptional customer service to parents and athletes, and handle a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help create a positive environment for clients, visitors, and team members alike. RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Greet visitors, clients, and vendors warmly, ensuring a professional first impression.
  • Manage phones, return calls and answer emails promptly.
  • Handle scheduling, calendar management, and appointment setting and confirmation for classes.
  • Perform data entry and maintain organized records.
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks using Excel and IClassPro.
  • Support office management by ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and overseeing general administrative duties.
  • Market the business to potential, current and old clientele.
  • Provide customer support through excellent phone etiquette and personalized assistance.
  • Restock restrooms, sanitary receptacles in the restrooms, light cleaning to maintain a clean environment.
  • * REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in customer service, office administration or clerical roles with strong social, marketing and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge and experience in tumbling, gymnastics or cheerleading is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in marketing and sales is highly desirable and adventageous.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace tools
  • Ability to perform data entry accurately.
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast\-paced environment.
  • Must have reliable transportation and be dependable. Must maintain a professional appearance.
  • Schedule flexibility (Monday\-Thursday) (1:00 or 2:00 PM\- 7:00 or 8:00 PM)
