Job Summary:

We’re seeking a reliable and detail\-oriented Office Administrator / Administrative Assistant to handle day\-to\-day bookkeeping, invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and customer service tasks. The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, and comfortable working in a fast\-paced small business environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage
  • accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions

  • Prepare, send, and track
  • invoices and payments

  • Handle
  • phone reception and provide excellent customer support

  • Assist with
  • QuickBooks data entry, reconciliations, and reporting

  • Maintain
  • office records, files, and supply inventory

  • Coordinate with service technicians and managers for scheduling and billing accuracy
  • Perform general
  • administrative and clerical duties as needed

    Qualifications:

  • 2\+ years of experience in
  • office administration

  • Proficiency with
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

  • Strong
  • customer service and communication skills

  • Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
