What You'll Bring:
* 3\+ years of experience in a global T\&E ( Travel \& Expense) process operational role.
- Extensive experience with global operations and governance in a large multinational organization.
- Expertise in process transformation, automation, and technology integration (e.g., Concur, and AppZen).
- Proven experience in leading T\&E process standardization and global system implementations.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical mindset, problem\-solving skills, and ability to drive data\-driven decisions.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Background in global shared services / global business services (GBS) environments.
- Experience with AI, RPA (Robotic Process Automation), and other advanced automation tools.
- Collaborate with managing the T\&E end\-to\-end process operations, ensuring standardization, efficiency, and compliance.
- Supervise and handle escalations with the T\&E Expense solution (Concur), and corporate card program. Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant transaction processing expense reports across multiple geographies.
- Administer T\&E solutions (e.g., Concur and AppZen), including user access and integration with ERP/HR systems.
- Review employee expense reports for accuracy, policy compliance and potential fraud.
- Analyze spending trends, identify cost savings, create dashboards and generate monthly reports for management and key stakeholders.
- Provide guidance, training, and troubleshooting for employees regarding expense policies and tools.
- Recommend improvements for efficiency and compliance to streamline report handling.
- Enhance vendor and employee experience, address inquiries clearly and efficiently.
- Develop an efficient and effective issue resolution model to handle inquiries and escalations effectively.
- Drive accountability for process outcomes, including efficiency, quality, compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Collaborate on developing and enforcing globally standardized policies and procedures while accommodating necessary regional localizations.
- Support and enforce governance frameworks to ensure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and audit standards. Conduct periodic reviews and audits to mitigate risks and ensure process integrity.
- Collaborate to implement opportunities for process automation, and efficiency enhancements to reduce processing times, operating costs, and accuracy rates.
- Promote global process automation by leveraging AI, robotics, and advanced technology solutions.
- Collaborate with IT, Finance, and Procurement teams to enhance system capabilities, integrations, and data accuracy. Ensure technology solutions align with global process requirements and deliver measurable benefits.
- Coordinate to define, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs). Address underperformance through root cause analysis and corrective action plans.
- Act as the primary point of contact for T\&E inquires within the C\-suite admins and provide T\&E support to improve adoption and compliance.
- Collaborate to drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new processes, policies, and technologies.
- Develop T\&E training for Global Finance Shared Services, including SOP improvement and development as well as training delivery to TransUnion end\-user and key stakeholders.

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior T\&E Analyst to lead our global expense management and corporate card programs, specifically focusing on its business partnering with SAP Concur Expense as well as supporting the T\&E operations, globally. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in collaborating with financial system implementations, good stakeholder management skills, and deep functional expertise with Concur's data integration capabilities. This role will collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Tax, Treasury, Legal, and Technology teams, ensuring a best\-in\-class T\&E operations that are efficient, compliant, and scalable.
As the strategic T\&E Subject Matter Expert, this role will focus on process standardization, automation, risk mitigation, and employee experience, ensuring operations align with business growth, regulatory requirements, and transformation initiatives.

Pay Scale Information :
The U.S. base salary range for this position is $62,000\.00 \- $90,000\.00 annually. \*The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job\-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations.
Regular, fulltime non\-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion’s annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long\-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
