Remote Licensed Mental Health Therapist- California

Blossom Wellness Counseling is looking for California Licensed Clinicians to join our team!

We are a group private practice serving adult individuals in California. The role is an employee position paid hourly per client session. We offer therapist support, a client\-matching system, streamlined operations and open, supportive, caring communication. We take pride in caring just as much about our therapists as our clients.

\-We handle the admin so you can focus on the therapy!

\-We fill up your schedule and keep it full!

\-We provide ongoing therapist support!

\-We client\-match based on your specialty!

\-Earn $65\-80 per session in the comfort of your home office!

\-You make your own schedule and manage your own hours!

What we offer:

Part\-time: 10\-29 Clients per week:

• $65\-80 per client session (earn $67,600\-$100,000\+)

• We provide you with an email address, phone number, telehealth account, and tons of support.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct telehealth therapy sessions via SimplePractice.
• Complete all notes and documents promptly.
• Update your calendar and availability as needed.
• Reschedule your clients after each session.
• Work collaboratively with staff as needed.
• Provide Malpractice Insurance

Qualifications

• California Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselors and Licensed Clinical Social Worker (no associates)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely and independently in the United States.
