* 1 Full\-Time Therapist: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

* 2 Full\-timeTherapist Evenings: 4:00 PM – 9:00 PM

* 2 full\-time Therapist: 4:00pm\-9:00pm

What You’ll Do

• Provide trauma\-informed, evidence\-based therapy to clients
in person
• Integrate
EMDR into your clinical work once trained (if not already trained)
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team
• Participate in supervision/consultation and professional development
• Complete timely documentation in
SimplePractice
• Provide ethical, inclusive, culturally responsive care

What We’re Looking ForLicensure \& Education (All in One Post for the Algorithm)

• Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, MFT, or related field
• Must hold (or be actively pursuing) a Massachusetts license:
LCSW, LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT

Clinical Fit

• Trauma\-informed, evidence\-based orientation
• Strong interest in EMDR (training provided)

• Able to maintain a consistent caseload while prioritizing self\-care

Tech Comfort

• Comfortable using
