Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Manager to lead our administrative operations and ensure the smooth functioning of our office environment. This role is vital in coordinating daily activities, managing administrative staff, overseeing vendor relationships, and maintaining an efficient workspace. Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations, including front desk management, multi\-line phone systems, and general clerical duties to ensure seamless communication and workflow
  • Manage schedule coordination for team meetings, appointments, and company events, including planning logistics and handling invitations
  • Supervise administrative staff and provide training \& development opportunities to enhance team performance
  • Maintain accurate bookkeeping records, handle basic accounting tasks using QuickBooks, and support budgeting processes
  • Coordinate vendor management activities such as negotiating contracts, processing invoices, and ensuring timely supplies and services
  • Organize company events and meetings to foster team engagement and boost morale while ensuring all logistical details are handled efficiently
  • Qualifications

  • Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with supervisory responsibilities
  • Excellent communication skills with a professional phone etiquette and the ability to handle multi\-line phone systems confidently
  • Demonstrated expertise in scheduling management, calendar organization, and event planning
  • Knowledge of vendor management practices and experience with budgeting and financial recordkeeping
  • Background in human resources functions such as onboarding, employee relations, and training \& development
  • Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail in filing, record keeping, and clerical tasks
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast\-paced setting
