- The firm will pay for and actively support you in becoming a Certified Family Law Specialist
- Investment in trial advocacy training (AAML) and ongoing professional development
- Direct mentorship to help you grow both technically and strategically as an attorney
- Minimum 5\+ years of California family law experience
- Ability to independently run cases from intake through resolution
- Experience handling complex financial and custody matters
- Strong litigation, negotiation, and strategic decision\-making skills
