We're looking for a detail\-oriented Marketing Automation Specialist to join our Marketing Operations team. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a MOPs team that has strong foundations in place, where you'll get hands\-on experience executing email campaigns, supporting webinar activations, and experimenting with A/B testing to drive growth. If you love the operational side of marketing and thrive on seeing campaigns come to life, this role is for you.

What will you be doing?

  • Manage the end\-to\-end email marketing process — from strategy and calendar coordination to execution and A/B testing — while analyzing performance to drive continuous optimization
  • Build and maintain marketing automation workflows in HubSpot to support lead nurturing and customer engagement
  • Build and manage HubSpot workflows for webinars and field events, ensuring registration and follow\-up sequences are flawless
  • Manage list imports while maintaining data hygiene and ensuring campaigns are properly tracked in HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Become a proficient HubSpot admin, strategize about effective ways to set up campaigns/workflows, and constantly look for ways to improve our use of the product
  • Collaborate closely with Demand Generation, Product Marketing, and Sales Development to build strong internal relationships and ensure cross\-functional alignment on all campaigns
  • Provide operational support for new marketing initiatives and projects as our team’s needs evolve
  • What skills and experience do you need?

  • 1\-2 years of experience in marketing operations, marketing automation, or email marketing
  • Experience executing email campaigns from start to finish
  • Comfort with Google Sheets/Excel for data management and reporting
  • Detail\-oriented mindset with strong project management skills
  • Self\-starter who thrives in a fast\-paced, collaborative environment
  • Familiarity with Salesforce and understanding of how marketing and sales systems integrate
  • Experience with Goldcast or other webinar platforms
  • Experience supporting field and events marketing programs
  • Nice to have: proficiency with HubSpot (or similar marketing automation platforms)
  • Nice to have: HTML and HubL coding skills for email customization
  • Front operates on a hybrid model — we come together in the office each Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday to collaborate and stay connected.
