We’re looking for a sharp, client\-focused Intake Paralegal who knows how to make a powerful first impression. In this role, you are not just answering calls—you are guiding users through a seamless onboarding experience, building trust, and helping them confidently take the first step in creating their estate plan or resolving their legal needs.

What You’ll Do
- Serve as the first point of contact, guiding users through the intake and onboarding process with confidence and clarity
- Conduct structured, in\-depth interviews to gather key information across multiple legal areas (estate planning, family law, immigration, personal injury, and more)
- Manage high\-volume inquiries via phone, email, and online submissions with professionalism and responsiveness
- Review and organize client\-provided information and documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Utilize research tools (Westlaw, LexisNexis) to support preliminary case assessments when needed
- Prepare clear, actionable summaries and communications for internal teams and attorney partners
- Coordinate with attorneys and internal team members to ensure smooth handoffs and timely follow\-ups
- Maintain detailed, accurate records of all interactions and case data within the platform
- Experience in a legal or intake\-focused role (paralegal, legal admin, or similar)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to guide conversations and build trust quickly
- Familiarity with multiple legal areas such as estate planning, family law, immigration, personal injury, or litigation
- Experience with case management or document systems (iManage, PCLaw, or similar platforms)
- Research experience using tools like Westlaw and LexisNexis
- Exceptional organization and the ability to prioritize in a high\-volume environment
- High attention to detail across data entry, document review, and written communication
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities while maintaining quality and efficiency
