Full job description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail\-oriented Construction Payroll Clerk to join our team. This position is responsible for assisting with the processing of weekly payroll for union field employees while ensuring compliance with union agreements and construction reporting requirements.

The ideal candidate will have experience processing payroll in a construction environment and be familiar with certified payroll and workforce reporting requirements. Experience with Sage 300 Construction\-Payroll, Union reporting and HH2 Remote Payroll is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist processing weekly payroll for union construction employees.
  • Review and verify employee timecards and payroll entries for accuracy.
  • Manage payroll\-related data entry and reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records and employee files, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Ensure all certified payroll reporting is completed accurately and meets federal and state requirements.
  • Monthly OCIP/CCIP payroll reporting.
  • Qualifications:

  • Proven experience with Sage 300 accounting system, specifically in Payroll and accounting functions.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing, preferably within the construction industry.
  • Experience with HH2 or ADP
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Job Type: Full\-time, in person, must be able to work 40 hours per week

    Pay: From $60,000\.00 \- $70,000\.00 per year
