    Customer Service Position

    Position Summary

    ====================

    The Customer Service position is responsible for:

  • Managing inbound customer calls
  • Processing policy service requests
  • Scheduling coverage reviews
  • Protecting Sales and Account Managers from interruption
  • Maintaining accurate documentation
  • Escalating complex issues appropriately
  • This role is the operational backbone of the office.

    What This Position Is NOT

  • Not a commission\-driven sales position
  • Not a remote position
  • Not a stepping stone to immediate promotion
  • Not flexible start\-time
  • This role requires daily in\-office presence and reliability.
  • Work Schedule

    =================

  • Monday–Friday
  • 8:45 AM – 5:15 PM start commitment
  • In\-office position (no remote)
  • Punctuality and attendance are critical to this position.

    Compensation

    ================

  • Base salary: $38,000 – $42,000 (based on experience and stability history)
  • Quarterly performance bonus based on:
  • + Attendance

    + Documentation accuracy

    + Escalation discipline

    + Professional conduct

  • Paid time off

  • Active Nevada Property \& Casualty License Required (or ability to obtain within 30 days if currently licensed in another state).

    Prior insurance or office experience preferred but not required.
