Position Overview
Support the onboarding and vendor management processes by organizing, collecting and entering vendor data into Burlington systems. Field vendor and merchant inquiries and support a smooth onboarding process.
A Day In The Life
* Business Acumen
- Possesses high level of knowledge of vendor agreements, Burlington's terms \& conditions and merchandise operations.
- Communicates clearly and effectively with vendors and conveys deep knowledge of Burlington's guidelines as part of onboarding and follow\-up interactions.
- Demonstrates strong organizational skills in managing vendor contacts, paperwork and profile information
- Responds promptly to vendor emails and inquiries. Fully understands specific situations by reading through email threads and "listening" to the vendors' concerns. Ensures vendors are up to date on current Burlington news and policy changes.
- Works well with other departments to resolve issues and keep the onboarding process moving forward. Educates teams on flow of onboarding process and provides reporting to support the work of our cross functional teams.
- Completes assignments quickly, accurately, and according to departmental procedures.
- Checks deliverables for accuracy before submission to avoid rework. Work product reflects attention\-to\-detail.
- Prioritizes tasks with strong time\-management skills and uses business acumen to anticipate the needs of the business.
- Is flexibile and easily adjusts to changes in work priorities, assignments, and company/department needs.
- Voluntarily recommends original and effective ideas/procedures for process improvements and is adept at developing and presenting new ideas.

Licenses/Certification/Registration:
Experience: 2\-5 years of data entry experience preferred.
