Equity Management Inc is a small, locally owned process serving firm looking for a full time employee. Part time will be considered for the right applicant. Position is in our Missoula, MT office and is not a remote position.

Responsibilities
- Enter, verify, and update data into a proprietary database.
- Maintain accurate records by filing documents systematically and managing electronic files efficiently.
- Provide excellent customer service through email, phone, and occasionally in person.
- Use Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word to receive, arrange, and track work flow.
- Support clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and organizing paperwork to streamline office operations.
- Proven experience in data entry, clerical work, or administrative roles with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with databases and internet research.
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy to handle high\-volume data input tasks smoothly.
- Basic math skills for data validation, calculations, and order processing.
- Experience with filing systems, data collection methods, and maintaining organized records.
- Prior office experience demonstrating organizational skills and attention to detail.
