    • Coordinate talent acquisition efforts by sourcing candidates through various channels, conducting interviews, and managing applicant tracking systems (ATS) such as iCIMS or Workday.
    • Facilitate new employee orientation programs to ensure seamless onboarding and integration into the company culture.
    • Support employee evaluation processes by assisting with performance management initiatives and maintaining accurate HR data in systems like SAP SuccessFactors or Oracle HCM.
    • Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and workers' compensation claims, ensuring compliance with applicable laws such as OSHA and FMLA.
    • Manage employee relations by addressing workplace concerns, mediating conflicts, and promoting positive communication across teams.
    • Assist with HR projects related to change management, organizational design, succession planning, and affirmative action planning.
    • Maintain meticulous records of HR activities, including data entry, contract management, and compliance documentation using platforms like Paychex or UltiPro.

    • Strong knowledge of human capital management principles and employment \& labor law to ensure legal compliance.
    • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels and facilitate training \& development sessions.
    • Proficiency in HRIS systems such as Workday, Oracle HCM, or PeopleSoft for data collection and workforce management.
    • Demonstrated project management abilities to coordinate multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
    • Experience with recruiting tools like Taleo or Lever to attract top talent efficiently.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
    • Skilled in conflict management, social media management for employer branding, and administrative experience supporting HR functions.
