What You’ll Do:
Backstage with Leadership
- Keep executive schedules, meetings, and communications running smoothly
- Coordinate, prep, and follow up on meetings—agendas, presentations, and action items included
- Print, prep, and manage documents for signatures, approvals, and executive review
- Build and maintain spreadsheets, decks, and reports that make data sing
- Track deadlines and deliverables, ensuring nothing drops the ball
- Greet \& assist visitors to the corporate office, coordinate site tours, and ensure guests feel welcomed and taken care of
- Keep the office organized, stocked, and ready for action
- Manage supplies, office materials, and any behind\-the\-scenes logistics
- Support travel planning: flights, hotels, itineraries—you name it
- Take on light accounting tasks like expense reports, data entry, and banking coordination
- Help prep for team meetings and leadership events
- Maintain filing systems (digital and paper) with superhero\-level organization
- Jump in wherever needed to keep operations humming
- 3–5\+ years of executive or administrative support experience
- A natural organizer who thrives in a fast\-paced, ever\-changing environment
- Strong attention to detail—nothing slips through the cracks on your watch
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Discretion and professionalism with confidential information
- A proactive attitude—you see what needs doing and do it before being asked

- Ability to sit and work at a computer for long periods
- Lift up to 25 pounds occasionally (office supplies, presentations, swag, etc.)
- Move around the office and property as needed for meetings, tours, and events
