Role Description

Role: Part\-Time Loan Processor Assistant (20\-35 hours/week)

Why This Role Exists: You will be the engine of our processing team, handling the crucial middle steps of the loan lifecycle to ensure smooth, compliant, and on\-time closings. Your language skills will be vital in supporting our diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities

  • Register new loan files with various lenders.
  • Manage and track critical loan documentation, ensuring all necessary disclosures are signed and returned.
  • Proactively communicate with clients (borrowers) via phone/email to gather required conditions and documentation.
  • Communicate with 3rd\-party vendors (title/escrow, insurance, appraisers) to ensure all necessary reports and services are ordered and received.
  • Organize and prepare complete loan files for review by the Senior Loan Manager.
  • Maintain accurate and current data in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management)
  • Compensation and Growth

    Starting Wage: $15\.50/hr

    Earning Potential: Eligibility for a per\-file performance bonus to significantly increase your hourly earnings.

    Required Qualifications

    * Language: Must be conversationally fluent in Vietnamese and intermediate proficiency in reading/writing in Vietnamese (required to communicate with our client base).

    * Soft Skills: Careful attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a professional, patient communication style.

    * Tech Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and comfortable learning new software systems (we use modern LOS/CRM tools).

    * Home Office: Reliable high\-speed internet, a dedicated quiet workspace, and ability to handle video conferencing.

    Preferred Qualifications (Not required, but a bonus)

  • Previous administrative, data entry, or customer service experience.
  • Familiarity with financial documents (W\-2s, paystubs, bank statements).
