We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Administrative Assistant INTERNET MANAGER to join our team! In

Duties

  • Oversee and maintain the company's internet presence, including website updates and online content management
  • proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization
  • Utilize computer skills including Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and general computer literacy to prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations
  • Provide exceptional customer service by supporting clients and visitors both in person and via phone or email
  • * Proficiency in QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping and financial recordkeeping

  • Strong office management experience with excellent organizational skills and time management abilities
  • * Extensive clerical experience including data entry, filing, proofreading, and document management

  • Excellent phone etiquette with experience handling multi\-line phone systems and providing customer support
  • Demonstrated computer literacy across Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), and internet navigation tools
  • * Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast\-paced environment

    Pay: $51,487\.89 \- $75,000\.00 per year
