Job Summary:
We are seeking a dependable and organized Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations. We are a small, team\-oriented company, so this role involves assisting with a variety of administrative tasks including order processing, shipping coordination, and general office support. The ideal candidate is detail\-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with paperwork and managing multiple tasks in an office environment.
Duties:
- Monitor the company email inbox where customer orders are received and forward orders to the appropriate engineer
- Process customer orders by printing orders, entering order information into the company system, and creating order acknowledgements and packing lists.
- Arrange LTL and DHL shipments
- Prepare basic export/customs documentation using company templates
- Assist with light invoicing when needed
- Answer incoming phone calls and transfer them to the appropriate department or team member
- Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, locating documents, and organizing records
- Previous administrative or office experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Requirements:
Estimated Compensation: $25 \- $28 / Hourly
Job Type: Full\-time (36 hours)
Schedule: Monday \- Friday (Friday is a half day; No remote work will be available)
