WT Rental and Services LLC is a Connecticut\-based event rental company specializing in high\-end backyard weddings and private events throughout the state. We provide tents, lighting, dance floors, custom bars, furniture, and full event setups that transform outdoor spaces into complete wedding environments.

We are a growing company in the wedding and events industry and are looking for someone organized and detail\-oriented to help support the backend administrative operations that keep everything running smoothly.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail\-oriented Administrative Operations Assistant to support the day\-to\-day backend operations of our business.

This role is primarily *office and administrative focused*, including data entry, invoicing, scheduling, and coordination. While much of the work can be done remotely, this is a *hybrid position*, and some time in the office will be required to assist with tasks such as preparing materials for event crews, maintaining organization of company records, and handling job expenses.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping things organized, managing details, and supporting operations behind the scenes. There is also opportunity for growth into event\-related responsibilities over time.

Responsibilities

Administrative and operational duties include:

  • Data entry and administrative organization
  • Creating estimates and invoices in QuickBooks
  • Tracking payment due dates and following up on past\-due invoices
  • Recording payments and maintaining financial records
  • Filing and organizing sales tax records
  • Scheduling site visits and managing calendars
  • Communicating with clients via email and phone
  • Coordinating town permits for event installations
  • Managing vendor communication and logistics
  • Preparing printed paperwork and materials for event crews
  • Maintaining organized company records and documentation

    Compensation

    Starting pay: *$22\.50 per hour*

    Opportunity to increase to *$25 per hour
