We are World Metal Stamping! Currently we have 25 to 500 ton press capabilities and can produce parts via stamping, fabrication, powder coat, and resistance welding within markets including home improvement, automotive, residential, and recreational industries.

Position Summary: The Sales Administrator is responsible for serving as the sales department administrative support. This position also services as a liaison for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

* Customer Interface:

+ Process and verify sales orders received via phone, email, and online platforms.

+ Coordinate with the internal departments to ensure customer specific issues are addressed and followed up on time.

+ Provide support to customers regarding order and quote status, along with any other queries.

+ Be the initial contact for lead generation opportunities to set up meetings and relevant information.

* Data Management:

+ Maintain and update customer databases and sales records in the CRM system.

+ Perform regular data cleansing to ensure accuracy and remove duplicates.

* Sales Reporting:

+ Compile and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.

+ Track key performance metrics and provide insights to the sales team.

* Administrative Support:

+ Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel plans.

+ Prepare and process expense reports for the sales team.

* CRM Management:

+ Ensure the CRM system is up to date with accurate customer information.

+ Train new team members in CRM usage and best practices.

  • Comply with ISO/TS standards;
  • Comply with company and safety policies;
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:

    * Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field is a plus.

    * Experience: 2\+ years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, or comparable experience.

    * Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems, and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

    * Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

    * Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in data entry and order processing.

    * Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    * Customer Service: Strong customer service orientation and problem\-solving skills.

    Physical Demands

  • Ability to lift up to 25lbs occasionally;
  • Have the ability to work 8\+ hour shift standing, sitting, bending and reaching throughout the duration of your shift;
  • Able to feel, grasp and touch parts to perform quality checks regularly;
  • Occasionally works in a noisy and hot environment.
