A well\-established, independent wealth management firm in Fairfield County is seeking a Front Office Assistant to support daily office operations and provide administrative coordination within a professional advisory environment.
This role serves as the first point of contact for clients while supporting Financial Advisors and operational staff in maintaining organized, efficient, and professional office workflows.

This position plays an important role in ensuring smooth daily operations and a consistent client experience. The Front Office Assistant manages front\-office coordination, meeting logistics, client communications, and CRM data maintenance while supporting advisors and operational staff.

Key Responsibilities
· Serve as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment
· Manage incoming calls, messages, and general client inquiries
· Prepare meeting rooms and materials for client appointments
· Assist with maintaining accurate client records and updates in Advyzon CRM
· Assist with document scanning, filing, and digital record organization
· Monitor shared inboxes and route messages to appropriate team members
· Support compliance\-related documentation and administrative processes
· Track office supplies and coordinate office logistics
· Assist with client event coordination and internal administrative tasks
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree
· Minimum 2 years of administrative, office support, or client\-facing experience
· Experience working in a professional office environment
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
· Experience coordinating and scheduling virtual meetings (i.e., Zoom)
· Ability to manage team and executive calendars
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· High attention to detail and organizational skills
Preferred Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
· Experience in financial services, wealth management, banking, or professional services
· Familiarity with CRM systems (Advyzon experience is a plus)
· Experience coordinating meetings or supporting multiple team members
· Basic familiarity with financial services terminology
