Verve, LLC is seeking a Clinical Services Operations Specialist to support operational workflows and administrative functions within clinical services operations. This role is responsible for preparing, processing, and maintaining electronic records while ensuring accuracy, organization, and proper routing within designated systems. The Clinical Services Operations Specialist conducts research to resolve record or system discrepancies, supports communication across teams, and assists with workload monitoring and reporting activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities while collaborating with team members to support operational efficiency and service delivery.

- High school diploma or GED
- At least 1 year of clerical or administrative experience
- Experience working with multiple computer systems simultaneously
- Strong computer proficiency
- Experience using Microsoft Office applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- 2\+ years of clerical or administrative experience
- Healthcare or healthcare administration experience
- Government or private insurance experience
- 10\-key proficiency
