Verve, LLC is seeking a Clinical Services Operations Specialist to support operational workflows and administrative functions within clinical services operations. This role is responsible for preparing, processing, and maintaining electronic records while ensuring accuracy, organization, and proper routing within designated systems. The Clinical Services Operations Specialist conducts research to resolve record or system discrepancies, supports communication across teams, and assists with workload monitoring and reporting activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities while collaborating with team members to support operational efficiency and service delivery.

  • Key Duties / Responsibilities / Accountabilities

  • Accurately prepares and processes electronic records within workflows by verifying, entering, organizing, sorting, and routing information to appropriate locations.
  • Conducts research to resolve unique or complex errors or issues related to records, systems, or documentation.
  • Communicates findings and provides guidance to team members based on research results.
  • Monitors, tracks, and communicates workload status to appropriate staff and leadership.
  • Creates and processes incoming and outgoing communications as part of operational workflows.
  • Cross\-trains across multiple functions or workloads to support operational flexibility and business needs.
  • Prioritizes functions or workloads based on business requirements and leadership direction.
  • Collaborates and communicates effectively with peers and leadership to ensure workflow efficiency.
  • May process live claims or documentation using applicable computer systems.
  • May contact customers or stakeholders to obtain, clarify, or provide information through phone, email, fax, or other communication methods.
  • May mentor or train peers and assist in reviewing work accuracy or quality.
  • May participate in special projects or additional assignments as needed to support operational initiatives.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least
  • 1 year of clerical or administrative experience

  • Experience working with
  • multiple computer systems simultaneously

  • Strong computer proficiency
  • Experience using
  • Microsoft Office applications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Preferred Qualifications

  • 2\+ years of clerical or administrative experience
  • Healthcare or healthcare administration experience
  • Government or private insurance experience
  • 10\-key proficiency
  • Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills
  • Strong prioritization and problem\-solving skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
