Are you a passionate mental health professional ready to transition into private practice—but feeling overwhelmed by the administrative disorganization that comes with it? Are you burned out from doing everything but clinical care—credentialing, billing, scheduling, marketing—and not being fairly compensated for the work you love?
Congruent Psychotherapy, LLC aims to challenge the current mental health climate to advocate for both its patients, and you, the practitioner. We’re currently seeking Licensed Mental Health Practitioners (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, PsyD, etc.) who want to focus on what they do best: clinical care, with the option of letting go of the administrative burden. This is a unique opportunity for dedicated clinicians who value their autonomy but want the infrastructure, support, and flow of a group practice—with none of the burnout.

This is a 1099 contractor position, which means:
● No enforced scheduling
●No minimum caseload requirements
●No productivity quotas
●No non\-compete agreements
You retain your professional freedom—always. We operate and parallel sliding fee scale private practice models, in which we tailor the practice towards helping you practice the way that you want and meeting where you are at.
What We Provide (Tiered Split Model)
We offer a tiered revenue split (ranging from 65% to 85%) depending on the level of support and services you choose. You decide what you need—and what you don’t. Services that can be included in your plan:
●Insurance credentialing support
●Billing \& claims submission support
●Scheduling software \& admin support
●Client referrals through our established pipeline
●Marketing \& brand promotion
●Furnished Office (with your discretion)
Whether you want full infrastructure or a more independent setup, you’ll be fairly compensated based on the tier you choose. We meet you where you're at.
