Role Summary
The Director of Operations (DOO) is responsible for leading all operational aspects of the company, including administrative teams, field teams, and multi\-line service operations. This role is commission\-only, with pay tied to company profitability and performance milestones.
As the DOO, you will ensure operational excellence, manage staff performance, optimize revenue, and implement systems that support company growth across all regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Admin Leads, Admin Specialists, Field Supervisors, Multi\-Line Supervisors, and Field Technicians
- Oversee daily operations across all regions and service divisions
- Monitor revenue, profit, and operational efficiency; implement cost\-control measures
- Track and achieve operational milestones, bonus targets, and staff retention goals
- Assist CEO in strategic planning, expansion, and new service rollouts
- Maintain accurate documentation of operational performance, commissions, and bonuses
- Ensure operational systems support scalability and consistent service delivery
- Proven experience in operational leadership, preferably in multi\-region service companies
- Strong financial and operational management skills
- Excellent leadership and team\-building skills
- Ability to manage cross\-functional teams and oversee complex operations
- Data\-driven decision\-making, KPI tracking, and problem\-solving abilities

Commission \& Bonus Structure
* Revenue Commission: 3–7% of net monthly profit after all operational expenses
* Milestone Bonuses: Rewards for reaching monthly revenue targets, launching new regions, or service divisions
* Staff \& Retention Bonuses: Rewards for retaining field techs, maintaining fully staffed admin shifts, and regional staffing goals
* Payment Schedule: Biweekly via direct deposit
Exceptional circumstances may temporarily adjust commission to 0%, only with CEO approval and documented reasoning.
