Duties

  • Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and directing inquiries with professionalism and warmth
  • Operate multi\-line phone systems, handle incoming calls, and provide exceptional customer service support
  • Maintain accurate data entry, filing systems, and document proofreading to ensure information integrity
  • Organize and manage calendars, schedules, and assist with our online sales effort
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite
  • Support bookkeeping tasks using accounting software to assist with invoicing and expense tracking
  • Requirements

  • Proven office experience with strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with data entry, filing, proofreading, and maintaining accurate records
  • Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle multi\-line phone systems efficiently
  • Familiarity with bookkeeping software is a plus
  • Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast\-paced environment
  • Previous experience in technical or industrial customer service or administrative roles
