Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and assist with check\-in procedures to create a positive first impression
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments using medical office management software
- Collect and verify patient information, insurance details, and update electronic health records accurately
- Answer phone calls promptly, address patient inquiries, and provide clear guidance on clinic procedures
- Coordinate with medical staff to ensure timely patient flow and smooth clinic operations
- Manage patient correspondence, including appointment reminders and follow\-up communications
- Maintain confidentiality of all patient information in compliance with privacy regulations
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management of office supplies
- Prior experience working in a medical or dental office environment is highly preferred
- Familiarity with medical terminology to accurately interpret clinical notes and communicate effectively
- Proven ability to support medical administrative functions with attention to detail
- Strong office experience including proficiency in scheduling software and electronic health record systems
- Experience working specifically in a dental office setting is a plus but not required
- Excellent organizational skills combined with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast\-paced environment
