We are seeking a proactive and compassionate Patient Service Coordinator to join our healthcare team. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from appointment scheduling to check\-in and follow\-up. Responsibilities

  • Greet patients warmly and assist with check\-in procedures to create a positive first impression
  • Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments using medical office management software
  • Collect and verify patient information, insurance details, and update electronic health records accurately
  • Answer phone calls promptly, address patient inquiries, and provide clear guidance on clinic procedures
  • Coordinate with medical staff to ensure timely patient flow and smooth clinic operations
  • Manage patient correspondence, including appointment reminders and follow\-up communications
  • Maintain confidentiality of all patient information in compliance with privacy regulations
  • Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and inventory management of office supplies
  • Experience

  • Prior experience working in a medical or dental office environment is highly preferred
  • Familiarity with medical terminology to accurately interpret clinical notes and communicate effectively
  • Proven ability to support medical administrative functions with attention to detail
  • Strong office experience including proficiency in scheduling software and electronic health record systems
  • Experience working specifically in a dental office setting is a plus but not required
  • Excellent organizational skills combined with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast\-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication skills to interact confidently with patients, staff, and external providers

    Pay: $23\.14 \- $27\.86 per hour
