We are seeking an energetic and detail\-oriented Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will manage front desk operations, serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, and support various administrative functions to ensure smooth daily operations. Responsibilities

  • Greet visitors warmly, assist with check\-in procedures, and direct them appropriately
  • Answer and route multi\-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining excellent phone etiquette
  • Manage incoming calls, take messages, and handle inquiries with professionalism and clarity
  • Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and ensure all office supplies are stocked and accessible
  • Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to support administrative tasks
  • Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings using Google Workspace or Microsoft Office tools
  • Support office management duties such as mail distribution, record keeping, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software
  • Skills

  • Proven experience in office management, clerical work, or as a receptionist in a fast\-paced environment
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively and prioritize tasks efficiently
  • Exceptional customer service skills coupled with professional phone etiquette
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clients and visitors
  • Familiarity with multi\-line phone systems, data entry, filing systems, and proofreading processes
  • Experience with medical or dental receptionist duties is advantageous but not required
  • Personal assistant or medical receptionist experience can enhance your fit for this role
