How you’ll contribute
A Receptionist who excels in this role:
- Act as the primary point of contact for the department, assisting patients, visitors, and staff in a professional and organized manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring inquiries are addressed promptly and accurately.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments to support smooth daily operations and optimal resource use.
- Provide administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Maintain an organized, professional, and efficient reception area.
- Assist departmental staff with clerical and non\-technical tasks as needed to support workflow.
- Deliver excellent customer service, responding to questions and concerns with care and accuracy.

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree preferred.
- Experience in administrative support, customer service, or front\-desk roles a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- Highly organized, detail\-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently.
- Comfortable using office software and scheduling systems.
- Friendly, approachable, and patient\- focused.
