The Role
The Administrative Assistant / Receptionist provides administrative and clerical support to C\-suite executives, primarily the CEO. Additionally, the position also provides support to retail branch operations and customer service. This role acts as the first point of contact for an organization, responsible for greeting visitors, answering, screening, and forwarding phone calls, and managing mail. Key Responsibilities
Branch Operations \& Customer Service
- Provide administrative support and assistance to C\-suite executives and other leadership staff as needed
- Maintain calendars for leadership staff, including internal scheduling, prioritizing, and organizing meetings, including, but not limited to, board meetings, team meetings, and virtual events
- Plan appointments, external meetings, and travel arrangements as needed
- Perform clerical and administrative tasks including but not limited to drafting correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Operate a multi\-line phone system, taking messages, routing calls to appropriate staff and screening calls when necessary
- Welcome and direct branch customers or loan clients appropriately
- 1 year – 3 years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant (3\-5 preferred)
- High school diploma or GED (Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong customer service, communication, and problem\-solving skills
- Professional Bank main office environment experience
