Part\-Time Executive / Personal Assistant – Commercial Real Estate

Riddle Associates, Inc., a commercial real estate brokerage and property management firm, is seeking a highly organized and dependable Part\-Time Executive / Personal Assistant to support the principal broker.

This role will primarily assist with day\-to\-day business operations, while also helping with occasional personal assistant duties as needed.

The primary work location will be our office in the Greenbrier area of Chesapeake, however from time to time the position may require assisting with personal errands or tasks in the Great Bridge area or other locations around Southside Hampton Roads.

This position is part\-time, and we can be flexible with the part\-time schedule depending on the candidate. However, applicants must be able to work in person and come into the office, as this is not a remote or work\-from\-home position.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Managing schedules, appointments, and calendars
  • Assisting with emails, document preparation, and general correspondence
  • Coordinating meetings, property showings, and appointments
  • Supporting real estate transactions and marketing materials
  • Organizing files, spreadsheets, and office records
  • Assisting with errands, scheduling personal appointments, and other personal assistant tasks when needed
  • Helping maintain organization and efficiency in both business and personal matters
  • Qualifications:

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Professional, trustworthy, and dependable
  • Previous administrative or assistant experience preferred
  • Real estate experience is a plus but not required

We are looking for someone who is proactive, dependable, and comfortable supporting both business operations and occasional personal tasks in a fast\-paced environment.
