We are seeking a top\-tier Executive Assistant that strategically enables the CEO's effectiveness by protecting their time and ensuring operational excellence with minimal direction. You are a gatekeeper and ambassador for the executive office knowing the CEO’s preferences and strategic priorities.

· Document Governance \& Flow: Critical Documents, Record Keeping, Retention.
· Financial Logistics \& Expense Tracking: Receipts, Tax Records, Bill Pay with QuickBooks
