We are a growing financial advisory and insurance firm located in Slidell, LA. We provide structured, relationship\-driven financial guidance to individuals, families, and business owners.
We are seeking a highly organized, detail\-oriented Operations \& Client Experience Manager to help bring structure, consistency, and operational excellence to our client service processes.
This is not a sales position.
This is a systems, organization, and execution role.
What You’ll Do
You will help ensure that nothing falls through the cracks by managing client scheduling, follow\-ups, and internal workflows.
Responsibilities include:
- Maintain and manage annual client review calendar
- Schedule and confirm client appointments
- Track follow\-up tasks and deadlines
- Maintain accurate CRM/client records
- Support new client onboarding checklists
- Monitor case/application progress
- Send client appreciation touches and milestone communications
- Provide weekly status updates to advisors
- Loves organization, checklists, and structure
- Finds satisfaction in completing tasks and closing loops
- Enjoys consistency and routine rather than constant change
- Is calm, steady, and detail\-oriented
- Wants long\-term stability rather than a sales or leadership path
- Strong organizational and time\-management skills
- Detail\-oriented and reliable
- Comfortable with technology (email, scheduling tools, spreadsheets, CRM systems)
- Professional written communication skills
- Able to work primarily in\-office in Slidell
- Administrative, executive assistant, banking, insurance, legal, or medical office experience
- CRM experience (Redtail, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- 10–20 hours per week
- Flexible scheduling (primarily daytime hours)
- $22–$26 per hour based on experience
