Position Overview
We are seeking a dependable Contract Dispatcher / Customer Support Coordinator to help manage service scheduling and customer communication for our field operations. In this role, you will serve as a key point of contact for customers, ensuring service requests are handled in a professional, timely, and organized manner.
Schedule Expectations
The Dispatcher must maintain availability during standard office hours to support technician scheduling, respond to customer needs, and coordinate service requests.
In This Role You Will
- Coordinate and dispatch technicians to service calls and job sites
- Serve as a key contact for customers, ensuring a professional and positive customer experience
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls, messages, and service requests
- Schedule appointments and adjust technician calendars as needed
- Provide clerical and administrative support related to service operations
- Maintain accurate service records and ensure technicians have necessary job details
- Follow up with customers to confirm appointments or address scheduling updates
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage multiple requests and prioritize tasks effectively
- Comfortable communicating with customers by phone, email, or messaging
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Previous experience in dispatching, customer service, scheduling, or office support preferred
- Experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or service\-based industries is a plus
- High school or equivalent (Required)

Additional Information
This is a fully remote contract position. The company will provide a phone and tablet to support scheduling, communication, and service coordination. Contractors must maintain reliable internet access and availability during standard office hours.
Compensation
The compensation for this position is $1200 per month. This compensation covers maintaining availability during standard business hours and supporting dispatch and customer communication as needed.
Because service demand can vary, weekly workload may fluctuate. Some weeks may require limited activity, while others may require more active coordination of technicians and customer requests.
Additional performance\-based bonuses may be available.
