- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering multi\-line phone systems, and directing inquiries with professionalism and warmth
- Oversee calendar management for parish events, meetings, and appointments using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
- Perform data entry, filing, and record\-keeping tasks with accuracy using software such as QuickBooks and other office management systems
- Support bookkeeping and financial record maintenance, ensuring all transactions are properly documented and processed
- Assist with clerical duties including proofreading documents, preparing correspondence, and maintaining organized files
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing questions promptly and courteously via phone or in person
- Coordinate office supplies inventory, order necessary materials, and ensure the office remains well\-stocked and functional
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
- Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software for bookkeeping tasks
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast\-paced environment
