\ We are seeking an energetic and highly organized Parish Operations Coordinator to join our dedicated team. In this vital role, you will oversee daily administrative functions, coordinate office activities, and ensure smooth operations within the parish.     • Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering multi\-line phone systems, and directing inquiries with professionalism and warmth
    • Oversee calendar management for parish events, meetings, and appointments using tools like Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
    • Perform data entry, filing, and record\-keeping tasks with accuracy using software such as QuickBooks and other office management systems
    • Support bookkeeping and financial record maintenance, ensuring all transactions are properly documented and processed
    • Assist with clerical duties including proofreading documents, preparing correspondence, and maintaining organized files
    • Provide excellent customer support by addressing questions promptly and courteously via phone or in person
    • Coordinate office supplies inventory, order necessary materials, and ensure the office remains well\-stocked and functional

    • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications
    • Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software for bookkeeping tasks
    • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast\-paced environment
    • Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse community members effectively
    • Previous office management or administrative experience preferred, including clerical work or medical/dental receptionist roles
    • Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills for handling inquiries via multi\-line phone systems
    • Strong typing skills with attention to detail for data entry and proofreading tasks
    • Ability to manage time effectively while prioritizing urgent tasks in a busy office setting
